PAYMENT

Worldpay is the acceptable method of payment.

All shop items are paid in full on ordering and will receive and order confirmation with details of your order and payment. Bespoke orders will require a 20% deposit paid on ordering with the balance due payable by the ‘pay by date’ prior to completion of your order. Your pay by date will be detailed on the Order Confirmation Email.  Late payments will delay your completion date and we can’t guarantee delivery by your required date.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. On receipt of your order we will email with you with an Order Confirmation. This will state clearly the items you have ordered and payment details etc

All prices may be subject to change without notice.

PROCESSING TIME

Please note that all shop items and bespoke orders are taken and created on a first come first served basis. We normally would allow a 2-3 week window for designs incorporating the more commonly used colours and materials and 4-6 weeks for more detailed designs requiring the sourcing of any specialist materials, crystals or beading. However, as it approaches peak wedding season we would ask that you allow for 6-8 weeks for completion.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES

IMPORT DUTY

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Vintage Bridal Boutique is not responsible for delays due to customs

Goods dispatched to other countries outside of the EU may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT. When ordering from us you are agree to pay any such Duties which may be imposed by your country’s government.
If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

PRIVACY POLICY

Vintage Bridal Boutique will ask you, its customer to supply various personal information when placing an order and while contacting us with an enquiry. We use this information only for the purpose of filling out orders and communicating with you regarding orders. Customer records are regarded as private and confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any other individuals or companies and only if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities (tax purposes). We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers’ personal information. Any emails sent by us will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of your purchase

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds will only be offered in cases where a cancellation has been made within a 24-hour period of ordering after which time your service will be deemed to be underway. Any monies that have been paid to us shall be refunded if we terminate the service.

Due to the bespoke design service offered by Vintage Bridal Boutique, we are unable to accept any returns or offer exchanges.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their order about any damage, fault or problems. After this time we do not accept any responsibility. Our bespoke pieces are all handcrafted and whilst we take great care to ensure small beads, crystals and embellishments are attached securely these can become unattached from time to time. Should this happen we are unable to offer a refund however we may be able to provide you with some replacement beads subject to availability so please contact us if you have a problem with your order and we will endeavour to resolve it.

BESPOKE CUSTOM DESIGNED SHOES:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a try-on service for shoes.

Adult and children’s shoes are non-refundable/exchangeable

FLOWER GIRL DRESS ORDERS:

-Please note that no two dresses will ever be exactly the same due to the availability of pearl & crystal brooches, buttons, lace and fabrics used to handcraft the flowers etc.

-Please give accurate measurements and information when completing the order form as due to the bespoke design service offered by Vintage Bridal Boutique, we are unable to accept any returns or offer exchanges or refunds.

SAFETY TESTING

Super stretchy polyester crochet tops, 100% Premium nylon tulle and 100% Polyester tulle purchased from a UK based supplier are used in the creation of our flower girl dresses. The materials mentioned all conform to EN71-2 (flammability) and EN71-3 (migration of certain elements).

While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate.  Variations in size, colour and design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and the availability of materials and embellishments used. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependent on calibration of individual screens.
